How it works

  1. 1. Create and verify your account. The corresponding author submits through their own profile.
  2. 2. Save a structured draft. Complete the category-specific fields and author information at your pace.
  3. 3. Finalise before the deadline. Final submissions are immutable, with online withdrawal available before staff triage.
Have these ready
  • Title, five MeSH keywords, and up to three references
  • All authors’ legal names, emails, affiliations, and optional ORCIDs
  • One undergraduate medical or allied-health presenting author, including their phone number
  • Ethics/consent, AI-use, prior-presentation, conflict, and funding declarations
  • An optional de-identified PDF supplement; case reports may also include a supporting video
