Registration is open to both observers and presenters. If your abstract is accepted, your status will automatically update from observer to presenter.

Discounts are applied automatically after validation of AIMC status or a valid ambassador code. Payment verification can take up to 48 hours.

How It Works

Create an account (or sign in if you already have one).
Fill in the registration form with accurate contact details.
Upload payment proof (and AIMC ID if applicable). Ambassador code can be validated before saving.
Wait for verification emails regarding payment & AIMC status.

Please do not submit fraudulent documents. Providing invalid or altered payment / ID screenshots will result in rejection of your registration.
