Day 1 • From Idea to Evidence

Laying the Foundation

  • Workshop orientation & roadmap
  • Select relevant & novel research topics
  • Literature review strategies (PubMed, Google Scholar)
  • AI tools for research (Research Rabbit, Scite)
  • Group activity: mock literature search

Outcome: a clear research question + initial literature set.

Day 2 • From Data to Analysis

Tools & Techniques

  • Intro to manuscript writing (IMRaD)
  • Referencing tools: Zotero & Mendeley
  • SPSS basics (descriptive stats, t‑tests, chi‑square)
  • Hands‑on data analysis
  • Writing sprint: abstract/intro from Day 1 topic

Outcome: basic dataset analysis + draft abstract/intro.

Day 3 • From Synthesis to Discovery

Integration & Advanced Methods

  • Systematic reviews & meta‑analysis (PRISMA, forest plots)
  • Tools demo: Rayyan & RevMan
  • Research to publication: reviewers & predatory journals
  • Group exercise: screening mock abstracts

Outcome: understand pathways to full reviews/meta‑analyses.

    • Refrain from inappropriate language, spam, or disruptive behavior.
  4. Recording & Sharing

    • Recording of the webinar by participants is not allowed without prior permission.
    • Materials or slides shared during the session are for personal educational use only.
  5. Privacy & Confidentiality

    • Respect the privacy of speakers and fellow participants.
    • Do not share personal or research information of others without consent.
  6. Technical Requirements

    • Ensure a stable internet connection and functional audio/video setup.
    • Close unnecessary applications to avoid technical issues.
